Last tuesday when I got home from work I found out that I don't have electricity at home, I immediately called Meralco the electric company and confirmed that I haven't been disconnected, I also called an electrician to have my power check he confirmed that only 110 is active, so I called back Meralco and they gave me a trouble ticket number and advise me that there will be a service crew to comming over that night, I was surprise and partly not convince that they would show up that night or even if they showed up it will be very late, anyway they prove me wrong after an hour or so I received a call from Meralco telling me that their outside my door they immediately check and fix what it wrong with the connection in about 15 minutes I got my power back within 3 hours calling their customer service hotline, I would have to say Meralco probably has the best customer service support in the Philippines, they are fast organize and even the agents are well informed and well trained they were able to identify immediately based on description that they needed to send a crew over, unlike some company (I'm looking at you Smart and your crappy service), Great job Meralco!
